Jack handled a very delicate and serious matter with precision. With very short notice he was engaged and his experience/knowledge help us to quickly navigate safely through a complicated matter. He showed a great deal of compassion and demonstrated that he actually cared about our situation and us. Lastly, Jack is a very honest and straightforward individual and earned our trust over and over again through these last few years.
I would recommend him to my closest friends and business associates as well as I will be sure to reach out to him should I need his services in the future regarding other endeavors.

Jack is a hard worker and he was honest. My case was a delicate matter. It’s was hard to find someone who I could trust. He handled the case as a professional. I am very much grateful to have been recommended to Jack. From the day Jack took our case he has gone above and beyond in every aspect. Jack is a wonderful attorney. He is efficient, honest and caring. I was involved in an appeal from small claims to a Placer County Superior Court, and he represented me. Although the court didn’t rule in the way I would have wanted, Jack was on top of it. He is a fair, direct and no nonsense attorney. The opposing counsel was very difficult to deal with; but Jack was confrontational when needed, and he was more than capable of handling him. Since Jack has such a great reputation in Placer County and he was respectful of the Judge, it was an overall positive experience.

I contacted Jack for help with my case which was in Placer County. It didn’t take much convincing that he was the right man for the job so I hired Jack and he immediately went to work. I hired Mr.Duran to take care of a matter i had where the company i paid for multiple services only ended up doing a few and then tried to hit me with a bill of $4k for their mistake since i was "defaulting"! I immediately contacted Mr. Duran, explained the situation and a couple days after he got to work my money was fully refunded! I hope not to have another situation like this again, but if i do ill definitely hire him!

Mr. Duran helped with a settlement after my husband’s untimely death. He was calm and efficient in the midst of my storm. He is honest and helped me get a good settlement, while giving me the best "deal" as far as my portion of the fees. He never pressured me about my bill. I highly recommend him.

I have known Jack Duran for years as our Placer County Supervisor. I have always admired his integrity and honesty! So when I needed assistance with a settlement issue Jack Duran was the first person I thought of. He has been great in dealing with the other attorney and explaining things to me allowing me to make informed decisions. Legal issues can be so confusing and he made sure that I understood the process and was definately my advocate.
I cannot say enough good things about Jack Duran as a person or an attorney.
If I were to need an attorney in the future I would not hesitate to contact Jack Duran again.

We contacted Jack Duran for assistance with my husband’s Concrete Company. We had a couple of clients that would not pay for our services. After meeting Jack Duran, we hired him. He always returned our calls and emails, he followed through with everything he said, and he got us our money! He wrote a letter, and within 24 hours, our client paid in full.
